Jackie Jones, CRNP

Jackie Jones began her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse working in long term care. She graduated from CCBC Essex with an AA degree in 2000. Then from the University of Maryland with a BSN in 2004. She continued on and graduated with her Masters in 2005. Since then Jackie has worked with hospice and chronically ill patients.

Jackie is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and comfort for all her patients.

Chelsea Brown, CRNP

Chelsea Brown began her nursing career as a certified nursing assistant working in hospice in 2010.  She continued to advance her career and education by graduating with her AA degree from CCBC, BSN from Towson University, and then finally her Masters from Simmons University in Boston, MA.  She has continued throughout her career working in hospice and palliative care but has also been a nurse in the Cardiac ICU at Johns Hopkins Bayview for the last seven years.

Both her experience in palliative care and critical care has lead her to have a deep passion for optimizing the quality of life for her patients and ensuring to care for their physical, social, and emotional well-being with a holistic-based approach.

Nicole Goode, CRNP

Nicole Smith has been with Marijane Consults since May 2020. Nicole graduated with a Master’s Degree in FNP from Frontier Nursing University. Prior to that, she obtained her associate’s degree in nursing from CCBC and then with her bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University. Nicole has worked in an acute care setting for seven years.

Although she is a Maryland native she has worked throughout the east coast bringing with her a unique approach to medicine and diversity. She practiced aesthetics in Fort Lauderdale, Florida prior to taking a sabbatical. During this sabbatical, she traveled to places like New Zealand, Australia, California, and Puerto Rico where she stayed a few months. Nicole finally returned home to Maryland to settle-down, so that she could be with family and loved ones.

Laura Pedone, CRNP

Laura Pedone started her healthcare career early in life as a geriatric nursing assistant, advancing her education through Stevenson University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Upon graduation, she started working on an intermediate care unit at Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center and at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center as an internal registry nurse.  

In 2016, she earned both her CCRN and GRN certifications before going back to school for her master’s degree in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Outpatient care is her passion; “I strive to maximize the quality of life for my patients. Nurse practitioners are uniquely positioned to provide holistic care to every patient.”
